When Thornberry’s Bakery does open:
Drive to the back of Harbor House building (which is actually the front of the building) and the front desk staff will see you coming or there is a door bell on the brick column; and the doors will be opened for you. It is locked at all times for our participants. You must remember that this is a learning day care facility for our participants and they may be in the hallway area/ gift shop/ reception area passing through. This is their facility and everyone is to allow them space when necessary.
The café’ sitting area is a great place to sit and enjoy your coffee and pastries if you wish.
Browse through the gift shop when it is open or visit one of the many shops (nail salon, hair salon, pharmacy, doctor’s office, massage therapist and more) when they become available.
This facility has only been opened for three or four months so please have patience with things that are being implemented.
I, Esther, am the only person working the bakery until money begins to flow in. This is a nonprofit organization. All profit from Thornberry’s Bakery goes back to Harbor House so spend, spend, spend!! If you absolutely have to have something, please place an order. I will do my best to have product in the café’ daily but Harbor House is asking me to start with certain items first and work from there. So if you want sour cream cakes, order them! If you want chocolate chip cookies, order them! Chess Cakes, order them! That way when your order is made I have extra to sell. Then Harbor House can see what customers want and what sells best.

HOURS OF OPERATION
Harbor House at this moment is only open Monday through Friday. 8am-7pm. They have asked, that for at least a month, this is going to have to be the days available. There must be security at all times on duty so they have to hire someone for Saturday hours (which means there must be money to back that up, which means the bakery needs to bring in money) See where I’m going with this. Spend, spend, spend! Place your orders NOW!
